🛒 Ingredients (for one fluffy omelet)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffiness)
½ small onion, finely chopped
½ tomato, diced
¼ bell pepper, chopped
A handful of spinach leaves
1 tbsp grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tsp olive oil or butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (like coriander or parsley) for garnish
🔥 Method (a.k.a. the 3-minute transformation)
Step 1: Prep Fast Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk with milk, salt, and pepper. Chop onion, tomato, bell pepper, and spinach quickly while the pan heats.
Step 2: Cook Smart Heat olive oil or butter in a non‑stick pan. Sauté onion, tomato, and bell pepper for 2–3 minutes. Add spinach, then pour in the egg mixture.
